Where do scooters ship from?

Scooters ship from the maker's or distributor's US warehouses, not from Delaware. There is no showroom. Shipping is free to most of the contiguous US and stated on each product page. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico cost extra.

What if my scooter arrives damaged?

Open the boxes before you sign. If the whole scooter is damaged, refuse the delivery. If a part is damaged, accept it and list the damage next to your signature, then call us and we arrange the fix with the maker.

Who handles warranty repairs?

The maker provides the warranty and the terms differ by brand. We handle the calls and paperwork with the maker for you, whether that means a part in the mail or an in home service visit.

Do you ship outside the US?

No. We sell and ship to the United States only.

How do I make a complaint?
